IHG currently has 53 open hotels operating across seven brands in India and a strong pipeline of 110 hotels due to open in the next 3-5 years

IHG Hotels & Resorts on Tuesday said it has inked a management agreement with Paix Hospitality LLP for the development of 92-key Holiday Inn Resort Sasan Gir, Gujarat, scheduled to open in first quarter of 2031.

"We are pleased to partner with Paix Hospitality LLP to bring Holiday Inn Resort to Sasan Gir. As one of India's leading wildlife tourism destinations, Sasan Gir presents an exciting opportunity to extend our presence into a distinctive leisure market in Gujarat,"

IHG Hotels & Resorts Managing Director, South West Asia, Sudeep Jain said in a statement.

IHG currently has 53 open hotels operating across seven brands in India and a strong pipeline of 110 hotels due to open in the next 3-5 years.
